ABOUT F3
Founded in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 has grown to more than 46 states and 3,400+ scheduled workouts each week through the efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with F3.
The three F's stand for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.
We’re a free mens workout group that meets early in the morning. Our mission is simple - to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
You don’t need to be in shape to join us. You don’t need to be a certain age. You don’t need to have any special skills or qualifications. One of the great things about F3 is that it meets you where you're at.
We encourage you to come out and give it a try. We promise you will be welcomed with open arms. You will not be left behind. You will not be judged.
CORE PRINCIPLES
F3 is 100% free! That's right. We don't charge a dime for our workouts.
It is open to all men, regardless of fitness level, age, or background. You don't need to "Get In Shape" before you show up, we meet you where you are at.
Our workouts are always held outdoors. Really! We work out in the rain, the snow, the heat, the cold. We believe in forging mental toughness and resilience by working out in the elements.
We are peer-led. No professionals here. We take turns leading the workouts and grow our leadership skills in the process. Don't worry, we won't ask you to lead until you're ready!
We always end with a Circle of Trust.

Style: 60-minute, black diamond style workout typically involving more endurance & sandbags.
Tuesdays & Fridays from 5AM - 6AM
Site Q: @Piglet
Style: 60-minute workout consisting of 30 minutes fast-twitch, 30 minutes active recovery/yoga
Wednesdays from 5AM - 6AM

Style: Adult Recess - different games chosen by the Q
Saturdays from 5:30AM - 6:15AM

Style: Running - typically covering 3 - 4 miles
Thursdays from 5:30AM - 6:15AM

Style: 60-minute ruck workout, typically involving sandbags and/or coupons
Mondays & Thursdays from 5AM - 6AM. QSource Ruck on Mondays for the last 30 minutes.
